The cook-a-thon is a part of efforts to put the nation on the map of the world by showcasing her culinary abilities to the world. Visitors can participate in the event, which will take place at Amore Garden in Lekki Lagos from April 28 to May 1, through a number of side events.
Hilda Baci, the CEO and Head Cook of FoodbyHilda, a high-end restaurant and delivery service for African and continental cuisine, is renowned for her remarkable food-plating skills. Hilda Baci will prepare more than 250 recipes for the cook-a-thon, all of which will be live-streamed on various social media platforms.
