Lagos : 12 - 24 Hours after payment 

Abuja: 48 - 96 Hours after payment 

Port Harcourt: 48 - 96 Hours after payment 

All other locations can take a little longer but not less that 7 days

If you order for a product and do not make payment within the next 20 minutes; such products  can as well be purchased by another customer in a large quantity resulting to buying them out (This most importantly applies to customers shopping on our social media and whatsapp platforms). In cases like this; deliveries can be further delayed.In cased where this happens; you shall be informed so you can either request for a refund or wait for a few a few days until we restock.

Broken goods or goods  in bad conditions shold be returned immediately during delivery.

Payment Terms and Special Fees

Payment can be made into our bank account using your invoice number as a reference.

If you Purchased an item and wish to replace it upon delivery, you will be charged a fresh delivery free for such order

All Items must be checked thoroughly upon delivery for breakage and functionality.

Items that encounter severe damage after delivery will not be returned.

Guarantee periods for items varies on individual products, kindly check warranty period before purchasing.

Order can be cancelled at any point until i'ts been delivered. After delivery order can only be returned immediately at the point of delivery if they are not in good condition, are not related to what you ordered or broken.
